How It Works

In the words of Albert Einstein, "Everything is Energy and that's all there is to it."

Our emotional, physical and spiritual bodies all vibrate at different frequencies. All of those frequencies together make up who we are... our unique aura. As an Energy Practitioner and Medium I can tune into your vibration and those of your loved ones in spirit to connect, give messages and facilitate healing. It's not rocket science as they say, but it is physics. All of this work is based firmly in science but it originates from love.

Energy never dies, it just changes form.

As most of us know, when the physical body dies the spirit lives on. During private sessions after remotely tuning in and working on your energy body i.e. balancing chakras, repairing tears in the aura, removing blocked energy etc. I then invite in loved ones from spirit to connect, ask questions, give evidence of their connection to you, etc. Finally, I will journey for a soul piece. *Not all sessions result in a soul retrieval only if there is a need.  Everyone's energy is different. We all vibrate at different frequencies so it may take more than one session to reach a certain level of healing. All sessions are done for the highest and greatest good.

Reiki and Shamanism

Reiki is a natural healing modality. The word translate in Japanese to Rei meaning 'Universal Life' and ki or chi meaning 'Energy.'  Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. Reiki is a great tool to complement traditional medicine and is practiced in many hospitals and medical care settings. I describe Reiki as doing the same thing that acupuncture does for the energy field and physical body just without the needles.

Shamanism is the oldest spiritual practice known to mankind. Some anthropologist believe that the practice dates back over 100,000 years.  The word Shaman translates to 'one who sees in the dark.' A soul retrieval is a powerful spiritual practice. Soul loss can occur whenever we experipence trauma like a car accident, military combat, PTSD, abuse, natural disasters, surgery, addictions, death of a loved one etc. Soul loss is our soul's natural survival mechanism where part of our soul leaves the body so we do not feel the full impact of the pain. You will hear people describe a trauma in their life and say things like; "A part of me died that day." Or "I've never been the same since." Or "He took a piece of me with him when he left." These are all clues that soul loss has occurred. It can be profoundly healing when a soul piece is returned.
